It hasn't been easy for us to create a mild sauce, but in the third year, we succeeded.
Paradis Sauce is a slightly different hot sauce with strawberries, currants, and fermented habanero.
Only imagination sets the limits for its uses, but we've received feedback that it's used for everything from steak to dessert and drinks.
