Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to change your purchase, you must cover the return costs for products bought from us using the right of withdrawal and exchange. Return costs can be found on Posten's website. For returns, we recommend using Posten's service package as an affordable way to send packages with tracking numbers. You are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the package. There is no right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons, perishable or quickly expiring goods, or personalized items. The withdrawal period is calculated from when you received the goods and the withdrawal form. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please return the withdrawal form to Vestland Chili. The withdrawal form is sent with the order confirmation, and if you have not received it, the withdrawal period will still expire 14 days after receiving the goods. When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the address specified on the withdrawal form within a reasonable time. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods and are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods. The seller is obligated to refund the full purchase amount within 14 days from the day the seller receives the goods or they are made available to the seller. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
